My name is Callisto. It means the moon of Jupiter.
My past is hazy; I can hardly recall anything of my childhood. I don't even remember my parents.
But there's one thing I do know. If I'm to ever find answers, I need to do something extraordinary. I need to create an Immortal Dynasty.

You see, when I came here, I had just one thing in my possession. A book.
It looked like an ordinary book, and I wouldn't have believed a thing inside of it if it weren't for a note that was scribbled in the cover.

"Callisto, I love you. I always will. I pray that you're safe. Read this book. Believe this book, as I could not. I could not, and it's landed me in more than trouble. It's doomed me to a life of torture. Please Callisto, read this book and follow it's instructions. You're the only hope we have.
My darling Callisto, I love you.
Love Mummy Luna"

I never knew my mum. Who she was. What she was like. What her favourite thing to do was. I didn't even know her last name. I didn't know our last name.
But I knew my mother's name was Luna.
I didn't know my mother, but I loved her. That's why I honoured her in my name. Callisto Moon.

What I need to do is near impossible. But I want answers. And more than that, I want to save my mother from the danger she's in.
All I know is it's going to be hard. It's going to be extremely hard. But I've got to try. I've got to create a dynasty of immortals.

Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

I'm sorry you weren't able to continue your other dynasty, Alexandria, but this one sounds very interesting.  Good luck to you and Callisto!

Great start! I look forward to reading more! :)
The next time you look into the mirror, just look at the way the ears rest next to the head; look at the way the hairline grows;

I was hoping you'd begin your new attempt with Callisto after Luna tried so hard to get Hermes to save her! Brilliant start, or second start, I should say. I love how you intertwined this attempt with your first one.

Did you save Callisto to your bin and turned her into a YA with CAS, or did you create her "from scratch"?

Good luck again! Maybe you can try the "post-it" route like I am - my whole screen is framed with post-its about what to do when in what order. It's very helpful to not forget the "simple" things such as a portraits.

Thank you so much everyone ;D

@Phyre
Before I realised what I had done wrong in my other attempt, Callisto had just become a young adult. So I saved her to the bin. I actually think she's quite pretty (I'll put pictures up soonish!).
I have a stack of notes next to me, reminding me what to do, but I just completely overlooked them! Oops.

Brilliant restart, I'm so sorry about the other dynasty. It's so easy to overlook things like portraits. Good luck second time round! ;D

Hehe, that's what I do. My parents are mad 'cause a) I use up all the Post-its, and b) the glue of the Post-it is stuck on the side of my screen (I use a laptop).

My name is Callisto Moon, and it is my fate to become immortal.

I'd read the book cover to cover, making sure that I didn't skip a word. Life fruit. Death fish. Ambrosia.
I wondered how I'd even be able to start - I was so low on money. I entertained the thought in my mind of myself driving about Sunset Valley looking for an expensive house or car, and just convincing them to help out, but decided it was a silly idea.
Ten minutes later, I was in the car searching.

I came across a house on the other side of town. Expensive car, expensive house. I guessed it was a good place to start.

It turned out the lady that lived there was actually a lonely widow named Agnes. I felt cruel thinking it, but it really was a bonus.
Using my charm, I became best friends with Agnes in no time. She revealed to me how lonely she felt in her huge house by herself. I was considering asking her to move in with me, but thought I should wait it out. After all, I'd only known her for half a day.

I headed to the library to read up on gardening, when something stopped me in my tracks.
The most gorgeous eyes I'd ever seen, on a man with a sparkling smile.
I'd never believed in love at first sight. The feeling was strange.
It was as though my feet took over from my brain, as I started to walk over to him. I introduced myself, and he smiled. It was an amazing smile.

His name was Thornton. Thornton Wolff. I felt like I'd do anything to have him.
We talked for hours, late into the night. I was hardly able to stand by the time I made my way to the fire station to sleep in one of the free beds.

The next day, I decided it was time to take action. I invited Agnes to my "house" and straight up told her that she needs company, and I need money and then asked her to move in. I was actually quite surprised that she accepted. I guess honesty works!

With the money that Agnes brought in, we made ourselves a house. A big house at that. Almost big enough for 8 immortals.

For now, the plan remains a secret. I hate to use this woman; she seems genuine. However, my family's safety means more to me than a strangers money. They mean everything, and I intend on doing anything to save them.

_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Sorry that the first chapter isn't great quality - not only is it 2am, but I always struggle to make the "meet X sim, make them move in, etc" part interesting.
But I'm glad to be starting afresh :)

Callisto's traits are Green Thumb, Loves Outdoors, Over-emotional, Ambitious and Charismatic.
